I recently had an amazing success using EFT and Matrix with a client who was feeling trapped in a dead end (to her) job. She is a kinesiologist and had lost her interest in it and couldn’t motivate herself to get back into it. I launched a six session program called Freedom and Choice, which is all about finding purpose and taking the action to make it happen. She was one of my first four clients to take it up.
At the start, she was working in a low paid admin job, which was totally out of sync with who she is and was draining her energy. In session one, we uncovered issues of her feeling a lack of worth, due to things that had been said to her in the past by family members and people at school (e.g. what makes you so special, who do you think you are, etc.) She is very intuitive and picks up on peoples emotions and intentions easily, so this had also been very difficult for her as a teen in secondary school.
The result of this was that she had spent her adult life learning more and more, while never being satisfied or ‘ready’. So, she has a masters degree and lots of learning in many areas, while just drifting along in unsatisfying career choices.
We used Matrix and EFT to work on these emotions and memories and then I gave her a task to think of thirty things she really wanted in life as well as list her skills, knowledge etc before our next session.
In session two, we did more clearing with EFT/Matrix and then tapped while testing the thirty things list for how good each one made her feel. By the end of the session, she had decided that working with horses and other animals was her long term goal and that she would use the skills she already had and learn more to become an animal healer. Her feelings of lack of worth in the past had led her to believe that she didn’t deserve to have a role where she could do something she loved, so she had always kept animals and work separate for fear of ‘spoiling it’. At this point, she thought it was a role she would have to create herself.
The real magic happened before our next session, when she told me that she had found an ad for a job working at a farm where they looked after horses using complementary methods and had applied for it. The lack of worthiness was still blocking her, so we did more work on that and created a future reimprint of her success. The session was left with her just feeling great that these opportunities even existed and that if she got the job it would be amazing, but it wasn’t the be all and end all.
In our fourth session, she told me she had got the job and was starting in a month. It was amazing for her as she gets to live on site for three and a half days a week and then come home for three and a half during which she can do whatever else she wants – and it paid more than the admin job, so a win all round.
There was still plenty to work on in the last two sessions to get her charged up and ready and clear as many memories as possible that were blocking her worthiness. I now know that she is really enjoying the job and that they are paying for her to train in new skills that will enable her to become even more proficient in this field.
I love this outcome because it wasn’t just about her feeling good. There were tangible, life changing physical results and they happened in just a few weeks, not months or years.

You may start to see opportunities where you used to see threats and you become more resourceful and open to possibilities.
