This audio meditation is an amazing way to really enhance your daily gratitude practice.  It feels amazing to listen to this after you have written your gratitude diary, been on a gratitude walk, or just when you want to feel grateful for something in your life.

The more you use this, the more you will program your brain to notice opportunities to be grateful in your life – which will naturally improve your day to day experience of life.
